I’ve wanted to post about this since Wednesday, but the cover art my husband whipped up for me placed in the
Let The Words Flow cover contest! I was so proud of him, considering the competition! (Yes, I gave him some of the individual elements including the blurb for the back, which I’ve since re-written, but he’s the genius who put it all together.)
What do you know, but they announced his cover as the winner Friday night! Here it is:

Congratulations! It IS a beautiful cover. I know I voted for it. ๐
Congrats, again! Very awesome. Kudos to you and your husband. ๐
Thanks to both of you and to so many others out there! It has been a week! LOL
Wow, very nice! It's lovely. Congrats!
So cool!
It's super beautiful!
Thanks! I do love it. I don't know if he's going to rest on his "laurels" for this one. What he initially wanted to do and PROBABLY still does is a photorealistic image of a warrior jumping out of the flaming wreckage of a Chinese warship, pudao (Chinese saber) raised.
Congrats again! I love the drama of it. And it's an entire cover, front and back. Such attention to detail!
Well-deserved win there.
Thanks, Jeannie! He had one advantage there in that he already had a template set up. This is not the first cover design he's done. ;D
Oh my, that's a beautiful cover. You two make a dynamic duo!
I would pull a book wearing that jacket off the shelf and take it on a date to the check out counter.
Nice job.
You're so sweet, Cat! Thanks for the lovely comment. I'll be sure to share that with Glen.
Wow! That cover is awesome. You're husband is so talented. Congrats to him.
Thanks, Christina!
