UncategorizedMooncakes, here I come! I just have to decide if I’m going to make them or buy them. Anyone who knows me is well aware how often I bake. I’ve probably made more cookies in the past year than I’ve baked in my entire life, so I think my child and I will go to the Oriental market up the street later today and see if they’re open and stocked with leftover mooncakes. ;D
I’m not lazy! I’m a writer, I don’t have time to bake. Or cook.
Wow, I've never known anyone to make homemade moon cakes. I suppose there must be recipes!
Yup, I've got one. And if you don't care for red bean paste, you can substitute jelly or jam. Mmmmm. I didn't make mine in the end, but I think I should have. I don't care for the brand name I got this year. *Sigh* Would you like the recipe?
